C & M provided inspection and administrative services for the combined $26 million new alignment projects consisted of 2.5 million cubic yards of embankment material, superpave and 11 bridges. Our personnel consist of Administrative Assistant and Roadway Inspectors, monitoring the placement of embankment material, installation of drainage structures including precast concrete box culvert sections, soil stabilization, limerock base and superpave. The company also inspected the placement of reinforcing steel and concrete pouring of substructure and superstructure for the bridge structures. In addition, C & M provided inspection services to other associated items of work, such as curb and gutter, drilled shaft foundations, hazardous material excavation, guardrail, signs, signalization, highway lighting and the installation of fiber optic conduit and manholes, nuclear density and concrete testing.
