Mr. Chukwu is the President of C & M Environmental and Geotechnical Services, Inc. and Toby Energy Group, LLC. He has more than thirty years of diversified experience in environmental engineering, construction engineering, construction management, geotechnical and energy related services.

He has planned, performed and directed geologic, hydrogeologic, geotechnical investigations, characterization of Solid Waste Management units (SWMUs) for the Department of Army (DOA) in Anniston, Alabama, under the USATHMA program, contamination assessment and implementation of a remedial action at the RP/JP fuel handling facility, including the implementation of a secondary containment system of two (2) 20,000 gallon aboveground storage tanks at the VAB area for NASA in the KSC, tank closure assessments, underground storage tank assessments, property transfers, phase I & II environmental audits for financial institutions, landfill study closure alternatives for NASA including expansion, site remediation (Airstripping, Vacuum extraction system, Bioremediation and Infiltration gallery/bioreactor integrated system) projects for independent gasoline facilities from central to south Florida, project management numerous soil and groundwater contamination of RCRA, CERCLA and NPL sites across the country, construction material testing projects including the Houston Beltway System, asbestos inspection survey and management of a juice extraction plant facility in Polk County, Florida.
